Accidents cannot always be avoided even in an office environment, and in industry injuries are considerably more frequent. A group insurance contract will give you, in the Insurance Company, a reliable partner and ally in handling compensation payments to victims of industrial accidents.
The Insurance Company will protect your business if harm is caused to an employee's life or health in the performance of their labour (official) duties.
An insured event is an industrial accident resulting in the death or partial disability of an employee.
The insurance payout for harm related to an employee's death or injury is made in the amount of the harm caused, but not exceeding the sum insured established by the insurance contract.
The sum insured (the limit of insurance liability under the contract) is set by agreement of the parties, but must not be less than the annual payroll of all the Company's employees by staff category.
