There are the following types of liability insurance:
1. Third-party civil liability insurance
This policy protects the policyholder's property interests related to obligations arising from causing harm to the life and health, as well as to the property, of third parties. The cover applies to claims for damage caused by the insured company or its employees.
2. Civil liability insurance for manufacturers of goods and services
This type of insurance is aimed at compensating losses and damages arising from claims brought against the policyholder by a user, consumer or another person who has been injured or suffered damage as a result of defects in goods manufactured and sold by the policyholder.
3. Employer's civil liability insurance
This type of insurance protects the property interests of the policyholder who is liable for harm caused to employees while performing their work duties.
