In case of a road accident
In the event of a road traffic accident:

Turn on the hazard warning sign, then report the accident to the road police by calling 112. Do not move the vehicle or leave the scene until the road police officers arrive.

Report the accident to the Insurance Company's call centre at the phone number indicated in the policy or the information leaflet.

Keep the damaged vehicle (damaged property) in the condition it was left in as a result of the insured event until it has been inspected by a representative of the Insurance Company

Take all possible measures to reduce the potential loss.

Do not make any cash payments or statements without the written consent of the Insurance Company

Notify the Insurance Company's office of the insured event no later than 3 business days after it occurs; a verbal notice must subsequently be confirmed in writing (within seventy-two hours).

Submit documents to the Insurance Company in accordance with the list of documents required for the insurance payout.

Notice of the insured event;

The insurance policy (or its duplicate) of the person whose civil liability arose as a result of causing harm to the life, health and (or) property of the injured party;

A document confirming the occurrence of the insured event;

A copy of the driving licence of the policyholder (insured person) or of the person who was driving the vehicle, and a copy of the document confirming their right to drive this vehicle, including a copy of the vehicle registration certificate.
Injured party:

a copy of a certificate from a healthcare organization stating the period of the injured party's temporary disability, if harm was caused to the life or health of the injured party, or a certificate from specialized institutions confirming the injured party's disability status, if disability has been established;

a notarized copy of the injured party's death certificate;

a document confirming the beneficiary's right to compensation for harm (copy);

an application for arranging an assessment of the vehicle;

documents on the assessment of the amount of harm caused, carried out by an independent expert;

a copy of the beneficiary's identity document (for individuals) or the original power of attorney issued to the representative of a legal entity;
-
an application for the insurance payout.
